1General Terms & Conditions

Betvoro (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an international online betting and gaming platform operated at the domain https://betvoro.best. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the Betvoro platform.

By creating an account, logging in, placing bets, or using any service on Betvoro, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Betvoro reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes on the platform. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Betvoro, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We may request a government-issued ID at any time for age verification purposes.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information. Providing false details is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Keep your account password completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Large withdrawals will not be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

KYC Verification Process

For security purposes, Betvoro verifies the identity of every account holder. The following documents may be required: National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. Once verified, your account will receive a "Verified" badge and all features will be unlocked.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Betvoro supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. You can currently deposit via:

Deposit Limits

Daily maximum deposit limits are determined by account tier. Standard accounts may deposit up to ৳50,000 per day, while verified accounts may deposit up to ৳2,00,000 per day.

4Withdrawal Policy

Betvoro is committed to paying out winnings promptly. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Daily withdrawal limit is up to ৳1,00,000.

If a withdrawal request appears unusual, it may be temporarily held for security purposes and identity verification may be required. This is done solely to protect your account and funds.

5Betting Rules

The following rules are strictly enforced for all betting activity on Betvoro:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, Betvoro may void a bet in the following circumstances:

• The match or event is cancelled.
• A technical error in odds display is detected.
• Evidence of match-fixing or betting manipulation is found.
• Placing a bet on an event associated with match-fixing.

Odds & Results

Betvoro odds are updated in real time. During live matches, odds for live betting can change rapidly. There may be latency in live betting that does not affect the outcome of bets. All bet results are determined based on official announcements by the relevant sports authorities.

Cash-Out Policy

Where available, the cash-out feature lets you withdraw part or all of your winnings before a match ends. The cash-out amount is determined by live market conditions at the time.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betvoro offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: Wagering requirements generally range from 10x to 30x, depending on the bonus.
• Validity: Each bonus has a specific validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Minimum Odds: To place bets using a bonus, you must select matches with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or sports.

If Betvoro determines that a user is abusing bonuses (for example, placing minimum bets solely to withdraw the bonus), Betvoro reserves the right to cancel that bonus and investigate the account.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betvoro platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or managing multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using someone else's account or sharing your account with others.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing customer support staff or other users.
• Creating an account with false information or attempting to bypass KYC verification.
• Acting as part of a betting syndicate.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Betvoro may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Detection of suspicious betting patterns.
• False information found during KYC verification.
• The account holder is confirmed to be a minor.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless subject to forfeiture due to a Terms violation. Any account closure decision may be appealed.

9Limitation of Liability

Betvoro is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet connection failure.
• Service disruption from a third-party payment provider.
• Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.

Under all circumstances, Betvoro's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance held in the user's account.

10Terms Amendment Policy

Betvoro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be provided.
• Notifications will be sent via email, SMS, or banners on the platform.
• Minor changes may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the service after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
